Our Story
Located near the heart of Multnomah Village, West Hills Christian School (WHCS) has been providing exceptional Christian education since 1949. WHCS is an independent K-8 Christian school and is accredited through the Association of Christian Schools International and the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools.
Many of our alumni are making significant contributions to society through such organizations as Medical Teams International, Doctors Without Borders, and The Peace Corps. We are honored to include Dan Lockwood, President of Multnomah Bible College as one of our alumni.
Today the school offers quality Christian education to approximately 450 students and serves families associated with approximately 80 churches from the Portland metropolitan area.
West Hills Christian School continues to strive to preserve and improve our legacy for future generations of students. Christian families from throughout the region from both public and private school backgrounds continue to seek the school.
