In order to provide a Biblical social emotional framework for our K-8th classrooms, West Hills Christian School uses the Biblically based Friendzy curriculum. This program emphasizes skills like respect, confidence, problem solving and communication. Teaching friendship skills helps students manage emotions, improves their ability to set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.
