COVID-19 UPDATE: While we can’t do physical tours these days, we are pleased to be able to offer you a video alternative! Please click here for our virtual tour.
We understand that a campus visit is not a matter of “one size fits all.” The nature of your tour will differ slightly depending on the specific needs and questions of your family, so we offer a variety of ways to observe our school first-hand. There are countless reasons why families choose West Hills for their child’s education. What will yours be?
Schedule a Tour
Any drop-in visitor will receive a guided one-on-one tour with our knowledgeable admissions staff to give you a view of our community and curriculum. But we encourage potential families to schedule a tour ahead of time if possible: The more we know about where your interests lie, the more we can thoughtfully structure your tour to speak to your specific questions. More notice also helps ensure a meeting with key leadership, while also allowing you the opportunity to share your goals for your child.
Kindergarten Open House
A unique, hands-on version of a school tour in a group setting. You and your child will have the opportunity to participate in activities and interact with teaching staff in our kindergarten classrooms. You’ll also get a sneak peek at some of our Enrichment classes: Science Lab, STEM Lab, Music, P.E. and Library. Upcoming and current kindergartners welcome!
We’d love to see you at an Open House:
Held every Wednesday from 8:30am-2:30pm, no appointment needed. These are perfect opportunities to touch base with our school leadership and admissions staff to discuss your expectations for your child’s education, learn more about the offerings at West Hills, and see the life of our school in action.
This program creates an opportunity for your child to experience a typical day at West Hills and to meet their potential classmates. Visitors will spend the school day with a current WHCS student sitting in on classes, participating in Enrichment activities, and attending any school-wide events taking place on campus. Shadowing another student is a great way to help your child envision himself or herself at West Hills.
