West Hills Christian School offers need-based financial aid to those who qualify. We use a third party service, FACTS, to evaluate our financial aid applicants and recommend a scholarship amount. If financial aid would open a door for you, we encourage you to apply here. (Please note that a $40 fee will be charged directly by FACTS.)
Important Dates
Now through August 19, 2024:
New families may submit financial aid applications concurrently with applications for enrollment. The final deadline for new families to submit the online application is August 19, 2024. All funds will be awarded by September 1st.
February 16, 2024:
Deadline for current families to submit the online application.
February 23, 2024:
Current families are notified of preliminary awards.
You will receive a final award after your 2023 taxes have been submitted and verified.
Instructions
New applicant families: Submit your online FACTS application when you submit your child’s application for admission. Note: Applying for admission to West Hills Christian and applying for tuition assistance are two separate processes. Tuition assistance is awarded on an annual basis and must be reapplied for each year.
